So we have more games per week. We have more injuries and we have need for bigger rosters. These extra players should come from somewhere otherwise quality of the games will drop as there wont magically appear more quality players for all teams to have these bigger rosters.
So I would propose:
1. Increase number of new youths coming in YS a bit - to have bigger trainees pool.
2. Add a possibility to train more than 10 players - make every extra spot cost money and increase exponentially (to don't abuse and train like 30 players). For example 11th spot costs 100k per season, 12th 200k, 13th 400k etc.

Its unfair. Older and richer teams will gain a large advantage.
