Bryan Robson para Todos
Every season in England has always been boring because 1 or 2 teams never train anybody U26 rest do so none of us ever challenge for premiership after winning it 6+ times they leave then the next droid comes along and does the exact same thing

The fix is to make every one have to train 3 players from there youth school and they all must always be U25

there is always 1 or 2 only win win win merchants, there is always the rest of us who train

is this the same for any other countirs, is there a country who all train? obviously in Poland & other mass user based countries it must be pretty bad

I will disagree with this one. What is the point of training players, if you cant enjoy playing full strength at some point? That is how it is mostly in all countries in sk - you train players for some time to get them better and/or earn funds, you compete for some time with what you earned. It is your own choice to not commit to fully compete in this case.

what's the point in thursdays then? i love seeing players pop and making money,I have one now who's for sale 27yo at £6.7m atm, i thnk you should be punished finacially for not bringing players through your youth system

I've never had players 27yo+ so never won premiership , came second three times, i think and won 3 cups :) how many premierships and cups would i have won, let's just say alot more, i let others enjoy then they leave
It's better than winning games 24/7 against everyone who's training anyway lol
If i was to buy all oldies and try and win premiership and didn't win it, i'd go crazy! noway would i risk that

It's different in every country of course

But thats the point, everyone can choose what and how to achieve :)
You cant force others train/play specific set of players. That is like saying you cant train 10 18ys, they need senior guidance so you must train at least 3 25y+ guys all the time.

We have to find a way to encourage managers to train young players. Maybe the best way would be to increase the number of training slots (in a new training system). Some ideas are:

- get one more if your youth school has produced e.g. 40 active players or
- get one more if you have e.g. 5 players in u21 national teams or
- give an additional slot only for a player from your academy or make one of the existing academy-only

Indeed, in smaller user countries this is highly important
