From my point of view, if the normal thing to do won't be done and that is repairing the bug, all the U21 teams into the WC should go for a mass forfeit.

If the devs wont listen that must be the next step I am afraid.
But I do trust in a solution before that kind of actions.
A nice question of all the managers to solve a bug instead of ignoring it.
