hi, a friend lost his team 2 seasons ago, he received it but it wasn't included in a league recently, is it possible to add him to a league?

Yes, it is, but recently such case had to wait until end of the season
I will write to Raul if it would be possible assign to a league instantly but the answer will probably be negative. So prepare him for two options:
1. wait until the end of season in the no-league team he has now
2. create an account/register using standard ways and play instantly
