There seems to be some kind of glitch where users are posting the same message, multiple times, often with substancial time delays between the repeated message (longest duration for this was over 2 days!).

It doesn't seem to impact everyone, but have been seeing a fair few forums users doing it, and if they do it once, they will do it often too without.

It happens when someone sends a forum message, then goes to other site, then clicks "back" in browser and goes back to the page where they send that message, browser sends it again and you see a double post. Sometimes users do that clicking back after many hours, that's where these "substancial time delays" happen.

It could be solved in a few ways to not allow users to do it.

For example the moment you click "Reply" or "New topic" the browser could generate some random comment identificator that would be sent to the server alongside the normal message. It would be stored as unique value in database, so if user tries to send the second message with the same identificator (by clicking back to that page) then the database would say "Nope, will not save that".
