when trying to promote, all I get is - "Error: Double junior promotion."

Just want to move them on so I can add newbies on Saturday.

Maybe can you try to log off (top page at right to clic) and log on ?
Maybe can you delete cookies from your PC / smartphone ?

Delete cache, try again

The IT helpdesk notion of log off & back on worked. Thanks all.
