Asunto: [idea] Selection boxes for players skills on squad page of the N

The idea is quite simple, insert selection boxes to the skills levels at players cards on squad page of the NTs, so the coaches can select the level of each skill and doesn't need to check every time in some external BD for skills info.

Devs already accepted that skills would be public for the NT coach if owners allow it so I guess we wouldn't need this anymore
