Dear Soccer Managers!
I have been a part of the game for over 12 years and my experience is that the Junior Championship is not very exciting and sometimes a bit unfair.
That is why I would like to propose reforming the Junior Championship.
The junior league would be more interesting if it worked similarly to the adult league. Of course with fewer matches in the leagues, since there is only 1 match in 1 week.
There could be 12 teams with a regular draw, everyone plays everyone once, with 5 home and 6 away matches, or vice versa. Promotion and relegation could be similar to normal leagues.
I have been promoted to the junior Premier league twice with my team, but there I found that the draw is not fair and does not provide equal conditions. And it's the same in the lower classes.
My suggestion is to draw in advance at the beginning of the tournament.
There are already 12 teams in the Junior Premier League, but as far as I know, not everyone plays everyone. It would be fair if everyone played everyone once, and since there are 11 rounds, the top 6 would play six times at home and the rest five times.
6 eliminations are too many. There would only be 3 eliminations, and there could also be 12 teams in Junior Division 2, similarly with 3-3 promotion and elimination, and so on down.
If a team is eliminated, the current first place from the league below it would immediately take its place, and each team would be one ahead in the queue.
Thus, it would be in the interest of active users to have the best possible junior team.
But there could also be a 3 x 6-team Junior Division 2, in which case there would be 10 rounds with 5-5 home and away matches, so it would be completely fair if everyone played everyone once at home and once on the away field. Here, only the first place would advance and only the 6th place would be eliminated.
The promoted ones could be rewarded at the end of the season with all + season bonuses, so fewer Junior teams would disappear, and it would be worthwhile to employ better coaches, thereby building better players.
That way, the junior championship would be more interesting, and maybe more people would participate in it. As a result, more English talent could get into the senior teams.
The current junior league is not interesting at all, and that's why I don't think many people invest enough energy in it.
I don't know who decides on this, but if someone does, please forward my request to him, in case someone else agrees with me

What about adds new teams during the seasone? Or cancelled participation.
Your idea is great!
But, need some solutions. I think, that every Jteam has "sparings matrix" for choose the next opponents.
And will be good, if Jteam can play with adult one once or twice per season. It`s will be interesting for me.

Az új csapatok a legalsóbb osztályokhoz csatlakoznának, mivel ott nem teljes a létszám. Amelyik csapat pedig lemondta, annak az alatta lévő osztályból az éppen aktuális feljutó lép a helyébe, az ő helyébe a 2., és így tovább...
