Asunto: [idea] Choice of last division at start

Hi. I was thinking, to make sokker more attractive, it could allow a player to choose the last division of his country when starting. Ex. Series D(xx) Brazil. This would allow him to start in the same group as one or more friends who are also starting when has boot. Alerting prohibition of login from the same computer and IP and transfers. Except exceptions to the rule.
