Asunto: »[idea] minimum form level for minutes played and/or victo

Greetings everybody,

As you can see the actual form level of my team is the lowest of the first six teams of my group Serie C.06 and also the lowest of all the nine teams actually first classified in their Serie C leagues.

Moreover, my team as a 90% victory streak since the start of the season and actually best first classified of all Serie C leaders, while 95% of my players always played at least 90 minute weekly.

This means and confirm that form is mainly random and doesn't awards good playing, as for achieving victories and applying turnover.


For this reason I propose:

- A form more closely like "morale" conditions for players, so more positively influenced by victories achieved and minutes played by each player

- A minimum level of form update when a player is close to 90 minutes played weekly and when form is updated after a victory: for example a minimum level of 6 when one of the two condition occurs, a minimum level of 11 when both of them are present.


This should incentivate good competitions to tactics and managing, so less relegated to a random lottery as now. Thank you.
