The manager returned?
I'm not 100% but if you go to your country and look at stats (with plus) it shows sometimes defunct teams.

it seems the manager changed. there is also some discussion about unusual signups for accounts in usa (recently there was something related in portugal).

Why is it that some teams get reset to bot (see: this team, formerly Garden Carrots with a better roster) while others, like these:

- https://sokker.org/en/app/team/137170/
Get to keep their old players and not reset like Carrots?

A few days ago something broke with the automatic registration system. The number of waiting teams started to grow.
Among the waiting, there were probably new applicants, but also individual older cases, even from many months ago.
The solution to the problem was a manual confirmation of the registration by the admin. Therefore, there were probably "new" teams with registration dates much older.
In addition, all these teams have the same IP in their logs - this is the IP of one of the admins who was responsible for the manual confirmation of registrations.
