Asunto: Mandatory contacts for new players

It's very easy to get very old players extremely cheap and then sack them after a few weeks (or one game)

This is very irrealistic- I think it should be mandatory to have a minimum of 6/12mo contract and pay the full sum on sacking to discourage people from buying short-term players

I think if they want to do something about older players, they should target bringing their pace and stamina down much faster.
It shouldn't be viable to have an entire team over 30.

On the contrary! I think older players should keep their skills at least until they're 33 or 34 before dropping on skills. This should make them more valuable on TL and more expensive. Nobody will sack a player if they paid 1M or more...
But the transfer market is dropping very fast because people don't need players, except to swap injured players for a couple weeks.
But making players drop faster on pace and stamina will for sure destroy the market for older players! This will make the sacking radius 10 times higher!

It isnt viable to have an entire team of over 30'ies.... you lose somewhere between 0,5 m eu and 3 m eu per player in club value per season... and No results dont pay that, they barely pay Wages.... its incredible expensive and hard to get results over a long time in sokker without some downfall period where you regain strength..... the older players age fine... I was worried they would detoriate too fast with shorter seasons, but there is still fine balance between the correlation of how long an old player last And how long it Takes to earn that on youth training
