There is this line in the rules:
If a junior team gives walkover two weeks in a row, it will be removed from the junior league.
However, this team here - 11338 conceded walkovers every game last season and never got removed from the league. Are the rules out of date or was there a bug that stopped them being removed? If they'd booted and rejoined straight away, they would have been put in Junior League III not II?
