Approve a second team in another country?? Luckily they never did! Fid you ever look at the number of managers in each country and Poland plus the few other countries that still have a higher number of players? Every country will be invaded by Polish managers, with some other nationalities if they also choose to play there.
The best solution is to start a woman competition. No one has to join if they don't want to, it is a 100% free choice. To be against it, is redicilous. No one has to play.
