Asunto: Improve the quality of junior games

When I watch the juniors' games, those games are not very boring because they are very bad players. Probably, almost no one watches the juniors' games.

I suggest one of two things:
- The juniors' skills are visible and it is possible to improve the quality of the games a little.
- Or players simply play with all Skills maxed out (only for the purpose of junior championship games, but after being promoted, they have normal Skills).

The skills have to be visible. It's utterly ridiculous to have junior games if you can't even see your players.

It could be done the same way as in Football Manager (with skills of players of other teams). Show a range of skills.
At the start tragic - excellent range.
And then with each match played range would became smaller.
