Asunto: »[JNRS] Juniors - formidable +

another reasonable, but less than expected youth. I am strongly consdering quitting the whole youth setup, as my last decent youth that I have been able to train is now aged 23...

Will Dowse, age: 18
value: 46 350 £, wage: 660 £
club: Forest Reserves, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

average stamina, tragic keeper
good pace, good defender
average technique, adequate playmaker

hopeless passing, solid striker

he was a 3,4,3,4 week popper - so very very talented, but got hit with stamina monkey, rather than passing monkey.

I might be tempted to sell to a pace trainer, get the interest up and prove his talent :)
2007-09-27 10:43:54
You know you could do ALOT worse than that!

What level was he btw?
2007-09-27 10:54:45
youth system is very disappointing for so many of us.
first you hope he joins with good level and weeks left
then you hope for talent -> wow he has talent below 5 great
then you wait half a year and hope he fits your trainings plan.
at the same time you hope that he isn't already 20 3 weeks before the ageing.
and you hope that his stamina is somewhere below average.
then finally you cross the fingers that he is no goalkeeper-fieldplayer mix.

how big is the chance left that the pull is going to satisfy you?
very, very small

I havent got any screen shots to prove talent, the only way I could prove it is to link to the pages on this thread where I have posted his level and weeks left. But I cant be bothered to do that as I am far too lazy!! I may just keep him and do a season of pace training next season, there are a few in my team that would benefit from it.

Whats his talent?Im training pace atm
2007-09-27 20:29:35
every 4 weeks
2007-09-27 21:34:27
I'd persevere, it runs at a profit if you look after it, even if you don't get good enough trainees to keep.
2007-09-27 23:21:32
i would love to buy him off you and train pace on him for a season or longer
