I think the only change would be defender for striker for me, however he is really nice so I am unsure why you're unhappy? As things stand I would train him as a striker, he's a really nicely rounded player, while keeper stayed relatively low as did stamina. :)

25 sumskills for a young (and presumably talented) 19 year striker? Can't really complain.

Speaking of sumskills, maybe we do need some kind of guide or target for U-21 players at each stage.
