The distribution is annoying. At 19 he really needed better combined Pace and Tech, but at least he's simple to train.

True but at 19 he can in pace quickly still.

What's going on here? My juniors from the Academy also come in with a low pace level.

He does have annoying pace, but i'll see what i can do with him.

What? Forson can become u21 nt player (not senior though) as def and dibling can be in both nts as striker if they are talented. Wdp's player is useless Even with great Proven talent

Dibling is the best of the 3 for sure, Robson could be an ok winger with pace/tech training, stamina would be better elsewhere though.

That's just bad coaching estimates. True skill at the end can be pretty easily determined as it follows a set pattern. I had this somewhere back in the day written down. But 20 sum skill points would be only an adequate i think, and 29, close to excellent.
