That's just bad coaching estimates. True skill at the end can be pretty easily determined as it follows a set pattern. I had this somewhere back in the day written down. But 20 sum skill points would be only an adequate i think, and 29, close to excellent.

Just divide sumskill with pi (some say 3 flat) to determine end level

Yeah that works, i remember it's about 3 per level so excellent's should be around 30.

After the Costa mugging I'm hesitant about selling anyone right now, but I have 12 players 23 or under and only 10 training slots, so someone is going.

It's towards the end of the season and players values can drop a little. I sold Duffy for a low sum IMO! I've given Costa full training since he's been in my side :)

If you decide to sell, I might be interested. I'm keen to turn my side into 16-20yos. I've got a couple players approaching 21-23 next season that I'll most likely sell, freeing up training spaces!

My pull is absolutely useless! If stamina had been in pace and had some technique he may have been a useful striker. As it is he can run a lot but very slowly and has no preferred position ;)

Nicholson is up for sale.

Lot of talent on sale today. All of these are potential U-21 players.

And I don't have any training spaces free! :| Might have to make some.

Yeah I saw but the tech and passing kill him. 17 sumskill at nearly 18 is a bit on the low side.

Which is a reminder to get on with my sumskill graph.

He could still be a good defender.
