2024-08-29 13:35:22
Wish some were on the left :(

adequate [6] stamina unsatisfactory [2] keeper
poor [3] pace very good [9] defender
unsatisfactory [2] technique excellent [10] playmaker
average [5] passing excellent [10] striker

Hopefully the talent will compensate the lack of pace and technique, I will keep him.
2024-08-29 13:37:54
I hope Camus is going to take his post back in reference to mine,

Yours the same on the right hand side, but much worse on the left.

Never! He's Magical and his combined Pace and Tech is 10? That's horrible.
2024-08-29 13:46:44
Nevertheless, his graphics will tell us more. So far, I almost died of envy for not buying those "prospects" :)))

I'm gonna need a new youth coach. 2 weeks after switching from Brilliant to Brilliant, the drop in talent across the board is quite noticable.

Waiting on the next one, great name!

Roy Hyppia 17 formidable [11] outfield 11

it's not really possible to notice especially after 2 weeks...

in fact it's possible the new youth coach is better than the previous one, the last one might've overrated the level of youths and new one's assesment is closer to their actual level

most probably though they just went and would've went down withe the previous one as well... I have +8 pops out of 15 total in youth school, most of them are probably "fake pops"...

Hmm
Not quite sure what to make of him. The distribution is a little unkind, those mid skills would have been better somewhere else. His sumskills as a striker aren't great for this point of the season either, however because the weakness is all in 1 place, that Tech could be raised very quickly.

It's noticable when it's roughly .2 or more across every player.
2024-08-29 14:01:58
how can you notice a talent change during 2 weeks if the minimum talent is 3.0?

and again, they might have been overrated and actually had a lower level than previous coach shown

they might have went down this week while they can go +1 or +2 in next week

with current youth system is impossible to really know and same level [14-14] of coaches have the same impact on youths... there's barely a noticeable difference between 16 and 15 let alone two same level coaches
2024-08-29 14:02:51
Yeah. But mine looks like Brad Pitt.
2024-08-29 14:06:22
as an example, I didn't change my youth coach, he is unearthly so top level (in theory) of assesment, the youth played in youth league

after 9 weeks he was solid
then he went down to good -1
then went up to very good +2
then went up to excellent +1

this is week by week
so basically between week 10 and week 12 in 2 sessions he went +3

now, his talent estimation week after week

week 9 7.50
week 10 12.0
week 11 8.46
week 12 5.50

what's a 0.2 with such ups and lows, nothing

Do you not think I've got my youths spreadsheeted and tracked to hell?

If I've got a player and his talent is consistently tracked at 3.6 across multiple weeks, and then he drops to 3.8 or worse, I'm going to notice that. I might put it down as random if it's 1 player.

When it's 8 players, all dropping by roughly the same, I definitely notice.
