Do you not think I've got my youths spreadsheeted and tracked to hell?

If I've got a player and his talent is consistently tracked at 3.6 across multiple weeks, and then he drops to 3.8 or worse, I'm going to notice that. I might put it down as random if it's 1 player.

When it's 8 players, all dropping by roughly the same, I definitely notice.

well it's your money, imo it's pointless, there's no difference in youth school training between a 14 coach and another 14 coach, definitely not one close to 0.2 influence on talent

I have players that are in ys for 14 weeks and their graph is still totally ridiculous, going up and down every week

this system is so innacurate that making any assumptions based on 2 week period makes no sense to me

The level graphs can be ridiculous, however you should have a relatively stable talent estimation graph after 8 weeks.

The distribution kind of hurts him across the board but he's still the only player we've seen so far qualify for that top Midfielder line. Great player, but awkward.

Camus para Camus
For a Magical? Just horrible, awful distribution. Not beyond fixing at all, sometimes when it's just 1 or 2 significant skills it's easier to sort out.

Camus para Camus
Nothing special. Tragic Tech means he could catch up pretty quickly to the target line but I certainly don't have the space to train another striker and he'd be the weakest of my lot.

Jamie Vale, age 20 (soon to be 21), unearthly

very good [9] passing poor [3] striker

It's a shame he's basically 21. With time he'll be a quality winger but I think the U-21's are going to come too soon for him.

Lovely pull, just a shame about his age….but he can still become a decent player with good talent.

2 of my juniors dropped 3 levels this morning. 3!

I really don't get how this junior training goes. It's out of control and I'm not enjoying it at all.

Happens a lot :(
2024-09-19 09:55:41
It was far better on the old system. At least then junior level was accurate.
2024-09-19 11:35:56
Yup
2024-09-19 12:21:18
Yep, my juniors seem to have taken a beating this morning too.
