It's so disappointing as I haven't had a good youth for 4 seasons now, the last being Freeman who is now 22, I got him as a late 17 yr old. :(

It would be nice to get at least 1 every season.....

Agreed.....otherwise it's a big cost including the coach for nothing effectively. 4 Seasons is a lot without anything to show for it.

Maybe look at sacking your coach..........

Plus its just estimated skill, real skill behind is stably increasing, never drops, calm up
