Paul Morris, despite coming out of the junior team with an incredible level, has shown disappointing skills. It’s tough to build a team with players like that.

This is exactly what I am dealing with lately, it's still 5 seasons since I got Freeman.....my last decent pull. :(

I currently have only 11 players in the junior team, and honestly, I should probably remove half of them. I’m just keeping them around for the junior league.

I don't take part in the junior league, I don't have enough players and tbh I don't see the benefit of playing in it?

Of course, playing in the junior league brings no real benefits—I only did it out of boredom. In reality, I should only keep 3 players at the moment, and the rest should be cut.

Actually the pull last week potentially has a talent of 5 so the jury is still out on that, his skill distribution was ok however....thats why I am seeing what his talent is like before I decide what I am doing. Besides a 19 yr old outstanding is not the level I would like due to age. Had he been 18 then we would be taking a good youth pull :)

so you want superstars not decent juniors, talk straight :))

As I say the jury is out on whether he is even decent atm, if his talent is low then he's not a good trainee at all ;)

I think it needs some tweaking to be of some use. You need some horizontal lines or something to easily see the skillpoints for each age.
