I don't think it's saying Incredible 18.6 should be sacked, but I'll add some horizontal lines so that it's easier to see.
Everyone with a junior school should get involved in a league ;) adds to the excitement :P

38 skill points is borderline incredible. You follow that from the bottom for a 18.6 yo player and it's red, which you say is sack?

From where I'm looking 38 skill points is high Excellent.
We're both wrong. 38 points is low Formidable.
I think because I formulated it to run on a talent on 3, everything below the Maximum line is a matter of opinion and maybe a little too harsh. 4 is acceptable talent so I'll recalculate.

Happier with that. Top line still assumes talent of 3, the others are running 4.
If you had the spreadsheet you could, with a little knowledge, plot the exact point your youths would end up. It's probably easier just to use SK tools though.

And because I don't care about showing my youths.
If Gabbiadini wasn't talented as hell I'd have sacked him by now, but as you can see he's catching up on the bottom line.
I think this graph really shows the value of getting players in at 16. Durbin and Anderton are the only 2 who cracked that top line and Sterling is 1 pop away from it.

Where are you getting the skill points total = what skill level?
It was always about 3 points per skill level, and i know excellent is around 30.

It works on a range. Gimme a second, I'll get the graph

It's fairly imcomplete data in my view, especially when it's known that sumskills go up to at least 61. The data I was given was in red, I added the projection yellow.

Not a bad youth, if striker had been on passing he’d have been as good as he could be…..still nice distribution though.
