What level was he?

Looks to be about a formidable. In my opionion it's actually not that bad a distribution considering the number of skill points.

It's excellent in 2 skills and they aren't wholly unrelated so it could be worse for sure.

I will put him on TL tonight, you guys can have him. He was formidable. With about 4.5 for talent.

If anything having 2 skills with a higher level is probably better long term than a player evenly distributed, seeing as higher skill levels train slower. So he'd be less useful short term but long term slightly better.
