If anything having 2 skills with a higher level is probably better long term than a player evenly distributed, seeing as higher skill levels train slower. So he'd be less useful short term but long term slightly better.

I'm not into all that skills sum and whatever goes on on other threads, I would keep a player without all those calculations. But I am tired of training pace!!!!
