yep, considering I quite like him, I won't make him over pay (much) or vis-a-versa

yep, i like him, and i do like the idea of having an england NT member, but i dont want to waste a good chunk of money overpaying for someone

I may be interested in Oxbrow, as he's got reasonable secondaries (bar passing) which is good for playing him n midfield but getting striker training...
