Not quite sure what I'll do with him, I'm training pace at the moment with tech planned next.

If i were you I would sell him to me for £10 :P
A season of pace and tech will do him the world of good, and he should random pop a couple of times in areas aswell if he has decent talent. You could sell him in week 1 or 2 of the season after next and still make a huge wad on him.

but he is a quite nice allrounder. i think it´s worse to have a single excellent and some tragic. you can train up from poor quite fast imo. if talented of course.
