Just to confirm that one of my juniors (very good 25 currently) popped today, that makes him a 4 week popper, and should reach magical with a week to spare :) Are magicals rare or common place?

they would propbably sell well. there are a lot of pace trainers who would love Trains distribution of skills, and any tech trainer would snap you arm off for belsey. ooh, ang on, i'm a tech trainer, how much do you want for him ?

pulled him today was incredible +2 pops every 4 weeks with a formidable coach

A couple is correct. One is the best 19yo mid in Sokker (not necessarily true). They're certainly not very commonplace.
