I am training Pace this season and Technical next as I seem to be pulling a few strikers from my youth squad.

A good choice, players up to 22 yo, and excellent in pace striker and tech seem to be going for a million plus at the moment. 3* Formidable seems to be about 1.5 million, and 3* outstanding = 2 million.
