I dont keep juniors that are above a 5 week popper, that way I ensure that I have youths with pretty good talent. The absolute lowest i would consider keeping someone is around average 15/16, that way if he is a 5 week popper he should pop 3 time to take him to a solid, and the chances are he would be a 16/17 year old and they sell quite well generally. I have been trying to bulk my junior numbers up, but i dont tend to get too many on a Saturday morning, but I did get down to 7 a few weeks ago so I have managed to recruit 5 so far.
Incredible +3 (3.5 week talent)
Scottie Dexter, age: 18
value: 74 100 £, wage: 960 £
club: Diamond Sharks, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline
weak stamina, hopeless keeper
good pace, very good defender
weak technique, very good playmaker
good passing, poor striker

That's 3 takers...i think my £30k offer looked doubtful from the start!

I am doing pace this season and 2 seasons of def after that. Add some randoms in and he could be a decent defender by the time he is 23 :) I would certainly make a profit, although it would take me 2 and a half seasons ;)
In 10 seconds!

NCN usually lists friday around 2030 gmt time so it finishes after the english games on sunday evening, that way more people are on line, that is if I remember rightly.
