2006-02-25 16:43:47
:o)
2006-02-25 16:46:39
It wasn't a bad price at all considering his lack of pace.
2006-02-25 16:47:34
True, maybe i was a bit optimistic. Pays for my coach for 10 weeks. Cant somplain.
2006-02-25 18:41:07
he was 19 too.

If 18.....
2006-02-25 18:42:53
Ollie Askew was similar to him, but a year younger (and 1 skill down on tech and striker).

He sold for £95046 (was very good+5, 1 week from excellent).

Went to some rubbish team called Max United ;).

damn.

You two keep getting bargains.

Watch me overpay in a few minutes...

I'm the bargain master :P. Ricardo Bogan, Peter Thurk, Tanno Leino, Jaromir Rogola all exceptionally good value for money.

Also, the master of paying over the odds for players like Scott May, Felipe Osvaldo La Plagia, Gerald Warriner (although he wouldn't have been over the odds if he actually had some talent), Dave McAleese.

talent makes the difference - my striker - wos - would have been an utter bargin if he'd had been as talented as bevan.

But he wasn't :(
2006-02-25 19:11:33
Only an average 9 this week.
2006-02-25 19:12:56
He's still improved a fair bit though. More than I improved Chris Hood at least.

talent makes the difference

which is why i have so many of my own players, so I know their talent.
2006-02-25 19:38:42
agree.

I now feel that talent does continue from YS & have some very talented youths coming that I will try and hold on to & phase out the duffers..

I now feel that talent does continue from YS
