Two very nive pulls RedJim, what do you reckon you will get for Brody?
wow hes really good think he could be way above anything i could afford though
Well, I don't know as he's a good trainee, but not the kind of player you could sign and put straight into your first team. I expect I'll get about £200k for him, although it's hard to predict prices at the start of the season as the market goes crazy when everyone's out to spend their bonus money. I've been reall lucky with the age on both of them, mind you they'll both go to 18 shortly.
No juniors this week, but a 23 weeker popped to v good in 4 weeks :).
hopeless 6
hopeless 20
unsatisfactory 33
I'm new on this and curious as to how the junior system works - the rules don't seem to explain it very well.
I'm guessing the hopeless/unsat refers to their current level and that will improve the longer they're in the school.
How about the number? Is that how many weeks until they're promoted?
And how quickly (generally - i know it will differ depending on coach quality) do the youths improve?

correct about level and number
the fastest they can rise is about 3-4 weeks
even ones who go up every 6 are pretty good though, and that's with a very nice coach.
Your 3 are quite rubbish, I'd fire them. You want to keep those who will reach a high enough level to be worth something - solid say.
Thus you may need to wait a while with some to see how fast they pop before firing them.
Theoretically your unsatisfactory could reach excellent or more if you have an awesome coach and he's awesomely talented. Unlikely tho

At the moment it seems that 3.5 weeks is the fastest that any youth will improve while in the school (4 weeks, then 3 then 4 etc..).
5,6,7 weeks is decent, especially if you have a rubbish youth coach.
The unsatisfactory guy could theoretically reach formidable+ if he was talented. Up to you whether you want to spend the money keeping him for a few weeks. The other 2 aren't worth it.
If there are any youths that you're unsure about then you might as well keep them in your junior squad until Thursday to see if they pop. Costs aren't paid until the following Saturday, so you've still got 2 days to fire them in if you don't want them.

If you aren't already. keep 6 free spaces in your ys, as 6 is the max number of new youths you can get any Saturday. So if you're keeping 1, make the total number of spaces 7 etc
