Not everyone has plus, this does indeed help.

And, i said he popped 4 times and gave you the dates, you're the one who doesn't even need paper normally.
2006-04-28 19:11:05
Not when looking at my own juniors, no I don't. Because Sokker has the graphs. So I use those and count.

Not having those, and just having dates does indeed make it harder.

My youth coach:

Tristan Clichy, age: 66,
wage: 18 960 £
club: OwnedYourMum FC, country: England
brilliant coach

Training effectiveness:
brilliant of stamina, unsatisfactory of keeper
unearthly of pace, magical of defender
magical of technique, unearthly of playmaker
magical of passing, magical of striker

I think an unearthly would be very hard to get hold of.
2006-04-28 23:00:55
And funkin expensive.
2006-04-28 23:04:32
That too. I dread to think what the wages would be like after you've spent millions in the trainer searching.

My youth coach:

Vinay Winskill, age: 36,
wage: 10 845 £
club: AFC Bramford Lane, country: England
outstanding coach

Training effectiveness:
unearthly of stamina, poor of keeper
outstanding of pace, formidable of defender
brilliant of technique, unearthly of playmaker
outstanding of passing, formidable of striker

Only had him a week so dont really know what effect he will have on my youths yet.
2006-04-28 23:12:17
Aye, I meant wages...still not got into the mode of thinking about coaches on the TL :)
2006-04-28 23:52:21
I have an excellent is that good enogh
2006-04-28 23:59:16
An excellent is fine. There's not a huge amount of difference really. Upgrading to a Brilliant for example will probably only see your youths popping 2 weeks quicker at the most.
2006-04-29 07:41:24
Just one;

Jonathan Haniotis unsatisfactory 4 rejected
2006-04-29 07:53:52
2 hopeless

Adequate 17 and Good 22 both kept.
