I promoted him yesterday. My Youth coach is very good and he was a SOLID youth player....hope that helps?

he's quite a good defensive trainee for his age. Did you happen to make a note of how often his youth skill went up ?

If it went up every 4 weeks, he's a very talented player.

I'm not too sure. I think he may have gone up once or twice beforem I promoted him.

I have a very good youth coach, do you reckon that's about right or should I get a better one?
