I don't think the junior level matters for speed. It goes the same speed no matter what.

So 3 weeks is worth getting excited about!

what kind of youth trainer do you have?
and how does the pops look like?
is it pop week week week pop ( /---/ )?

ill get out the buubly ;) hopefully he will come out as a striker trainee

i have a very good youth trainer and yes the pops look like that

so that´s is commonly spoken of as 4 weeks per pop. but still with very good yc he is really talented. propably he got best talent.

I've got a guy who hasn't popped for the 11 weeks he's been in my junior squad.

Why's he still there?

Fun I guess. He might sell to someone somewhere.

Actual weeks per pop: 2*,4,4,3,4,+2
Average weeks per pop: 3.8
(Incredible coach)
Came out as a Formidable +2/3.8

But there's a catch... He's not that good. Definitely long-term trainee material with that talent though.

he could make an interesting trainee, i guess you'll know in a few weeks whether yuo've had any pops. no point getting rid if you have a training spot available.

training mids & all full up,so i'm not sure what too do with him.secondries look good for a 16yo which makes me want too keep him only if in the second team for a couple of seasons which means someone has too go.
