As Oxo said, the junior coach's training effectiveness is meaningless. He just helps overall increase of the level of your junor. Thus, general way, the higher level of the coach, the faster increase of the junior's level.

Very good will do for now, once you get established in the game and earn a bit of money you should upgrade to a formidable youth coach.
