I've picked up 4 similar players from my youth squad in the last two weeks. The oldest is 18. I should probably switch to defence training..

What do you train at the minute? I am guessing mids, you could train him to be a def mid instead of switching training.

I train pace, but have a young squad and hope for random pops..
My plan is to switch to tech at some point next season.

yuck. At least I've around 20 of em... currently.

Mind you there is a lot of dross in there. I've had very very few NT quality pulls(2?) in all the time I've been on sokker.

Um...I have 4 players in my first team who will play for England one day, all from my youth team. I've got another player who could get there if I trained defenders, but I don't.

Best I've ever had was formidable, but 2 or 3 formidables have turned out to sell very well.

I've got a huge mob of players due to arrive next week:
