You should as minimum fire Nicholas Purse. He is no good.

In my first week of Sokker I have just got 1 average 34. Should I keep him?

Definitely!!! If he's very talented you'll have a goldmine, and if he's an ordinary talent, you'll still have a solid or very good junior after all thos weeks.

Solid 34 with loads of talent would be about as good as I guess they go.

he was 1 week from formidable when pulled.
started out as an average 33 and popped every 6 weeks.
