Joined as a tragic 2 weeks ago:

Vince Gowan, age: 18
value: 300 £, wage: 225 £
club: OwnedYourMum FC, country: England
very good form

tragic stamina, tragic keeper
tragic pace, tragic defender
tragic technique, tragic playmaker
tragic passing, tragic striker

So tragics definitely not worth it.

Thid guy took 8 weeks to pop to solid, and was Solid +3:

Lenny Barnett, age: 17
value: 21 150 £, wage: 405 £
club: OwnedYourMum FC, country: England
very good form

hopeless stamina, hopeless keeper
poor pace, adequate defender
unsatisfactory technique, average playmaker
average passing, weak striker

He'll be listed.

So tragics definitely not worth it.

I'm not going to agree 100% with that. What if you had a very talented tragic? Of course you'd never know that until afterwards. But let's say you got a tragic youth with one week to his pull date on the saturday. You pull him on the sunday and all his skills are tragic. But at 17yo, talented and with such low skills, you'd get pop after pop after pop.
Probably.

Vince is definitely not worth keeping in the squad :]
2005-09-01 16:39:03
Good point. Maybe I'll keep him until Thursday and play him somewhere, see if he pops like a bizatch :o)

Bit disappointed as I've been looking forward to this guy for ages. Gutted at his age. A great midfield trainee I guess, trying to decide whether I train him as a striker :/

Edit: Also this good+3 guy, who popped every 5 weeks, so is pretty talented.

Josh Ferdinand, age 19
value: 18 750 £, wage: 390 £
very good form

tragic stamina,
unsatisfactory pace,
