I've just discovered that coaches of the identical overall rating actually have different impact - just like players they have a weighted rating, across all their training skills so ironically I've saved a load of wages but made my coach a bit worse (2% reduction in junior coach skill for the same rating)

Yeah i think before it affected general training for head coach but to such a small extent it didn't matter too much. With the new training system it has more of an impact?

I'm finally going to list my 23yo incredible keeper, an almost identical one just sold for £1.9m :/ would probably have got much more for my keeper trainees if i sold them once i moved away from keeper and pace training.

It wasn't too high for a slightly worse 'keeper, (same age and keeper skill, worse pace and equal passing) that sold for £2m.

I listed for £2m, nothing. Re-listed for £1.875m sold for that one bid. Happy enough.

Do we have many dedicated 'keeper trainers in England? I'm just never gonna do tactics or care about matches, so i think i might go back to 'keeper training. Got £2.4m in the bank with no appetite to spend it.

There's no longer any reason for dedicated anything trainers to exist.

I train a GK, also train 9 other players. If anything there will be a glut of GKs around compared to the shortage of before given time.
