It's all about patience and luck mate... most get sacked but now and again you get a slight glimmer of hope..


Then BANG . You get a wordlie and need to decide if you want £££ and keep moaning about it... or really enjoying the training aspect of it

I've got magical coaches, all 5 of them. Got players in advanced training, 100%. 15 weeks and not a pop on selected skill (coach is 16 on the respective skill). But, yeah, enjoy the training....

Not to mention, the other week, player pops up on the skill (advanced) trained after many weeks, I take him out of the advanced, still gets 100% of normal but that skill goes back down. 28 years old.

But I get it, I moan too much. In fairness I only do it because that "enjoy" factor is gone and because I love this game. And I hate to see it ruined by uninterested so called developers.

You could argue that my team is doing well. But there's more to this game than just beating other teams (even the league leader). And if we become a league ruled by the market I won't enjoy playing this game as much as I used to.

I've had the same experience. Players that are 24 or younger, that have had 16 weeks of training in advanced and not popped, it's bonkers. I've got multiple magical coaches. This new training system is rubbish compared to how it used to be, as far as I'm concerned.

Never before in my 17 years of playing this game have I experienced such awful training. Please make it stop, please!!!

Can someone fix training asap, it's now getting quite painful.

Im not a fan of training much just now either but when it happens its the best :) got to say in real life would love 10 Jacob Ramseys getting better every week

I don't think you quite understood what I was saying. Let me try it in a different way.
1. I love training. I got where I got by training not by buying players, I never had the money (before the 12 teams in the league it used to be quite a job to maintain the financial health; now it's a walk in the park, money come in fast and easy).
2. I am patient. I don't expect miracles and I thank heaven for a talented player (not sure Jacob Ramsey fits the bill but go on...). But this is going beyond patience when players in advanced training don't pop after 15 weeks.
3. I am grateful for any luck coming my way. I make a lot of it myself, tactically and so on. But I am not going to play this game based on luck ONLY.

As you can see all three points matched your advice. But all three points are ruined by this game. Training is not responsive, takes too long and the juniors that we are being given are a bunch of useless players.

I'm glad. Because this is affecting all of us. And soon our league is going to be left behind other bigger leagues. It is already as we can't even get past the first round in the Champions League (whatever is called). But not being able to develop players is a massive problem. Combined with the lack of quality juniors. Combined with the skyrocketing prices on the market. We will end up with a weaker league season by season and deffo less new users (who the hell is going to find the same beauty in this game as we did when we started?). Ourselves are losing the passion. Me, for example. And just when I have the best season, arguably. Chuck too. And I've noticed others that at some point they were building something but in the meantime gave up. In my case, if training doesn't work I don't see any pleasure in playing this game. Developing the club and the squad and me as a tactician, these were the main focus points. Results came as consequence, they were never first priority.

It's not a rant. At all. It was just a point of view. But I will stop. It's not like I'm going to change anything, is it?

You never know mate, sometimes it's great to get off your chest but it was a fair comment and I know you aren't alone.

I'd get an Unearthly junior coach, but magical is ok for now, anything less is asking for trash to happen mostly, but you'll get the odd one that would have been the nuts if only you had a top coach in the school


*I've had 2 top players this season 1 more in school 2 others worth training ruined one by keeping him, my school has produced at least 35 million for me

Nevermind everyone, the sokker gods have been kind with me. Again. And this week they've given me these juniors:

I know, I bet you can barely hold your envy! My future is awesome. Give him about 64 seasons and Jude Silva will be the best sokker has seen! You've all been warned!!!
