Well maybe set up a poll and ask those who you deem have a good enough junior coach to be deemed important enough to vote on it? Elon musk esque

You have done a great amount for sokker both for NT and promoting the game more broadly.

But too often you can be be too sensitive / thin skinned to allow any form of discussion that might not meet your viewpoint. People have to tip toe around you due to the risk of getting a reaction not exactly fitting with roles such as moderator or NT head that’s an issue.

Do you have the calculations of the difference an Incredible, Magical and Unearthly Youth Coach will have on the same player level and talent? If a players is a good 32 and pops every 4 weeks as an example for an Unearthly YC, what would the pops be for the lower coaches? Surely we want s many youth schools as possible even if they have a lower level coach? I am aware there will be a level where it isn't worth it but I did not assume incredible to be low enough?

They tell you the constituents but not the mix.

In the training report I can see that my junior coach is 79% effective, which is weighted to general appraisal so there do seem to be sun-levels. I believe that max unearthly will get you 94% as 100% needs all divine which no one has. which oddly means he trains at 79/94 assuming straight line equation (84% of max). Which I decided was the balance of training needs for juniors and my financial situation as a young team.

For main coaches you can see what your main coach does as percentage for the skill they train
17 =94%
16 =88%
15 = 82%

And the assistants have a weighting across the 3 but you can’t tell how much the assistants make up of the mix

So if I have an unearthly coach (94%) and all full unearthly assistants also at 94% then getting max 94% but if assistants are at 80% who knows how much weighting drags down.

That’s all my own conjecture.

What kind of names are we looking for?

I'm glad i got the chance to get MLT and praying for Gazza Di Canio , but would welcome honeybun and Bensted back again. ;)

Just a few more nothis, keep the current mix and add a few more to give a bigger mix and make it a bit more special when we get the old famous names. Also avoids risk of duplicates.

As an example both you and I posted within minutes of each other our youth teams - both with players called scholes and Rooney in them.. I’d just killed a second collymore. Which reminded me that nearly all the pulls seem to be based on historical famous prem players

I’ve got a Ginola at the moment too. The ladies love him :D

When it comes to adding new names to the database.... I asked one admin who exactly does this and if there was a possibility I could send him some to add. Currently the database is not working... But once everything is up and running, what names would you like to add?

Admin: "Mainly, linguists are doing them, but mods and admins can, too.
Unfortunately, adding/deleting names it's not working atm."

I think Bryan Robson has access for England as a Mod. I know that I did when I previously was a Mod/linguist. (Reminds me of the days when sokker was first launched when I was the 1st non polish mod trying to translate / correct bad English but not understanding Polish!)

I guess we’ll have to reignite this discussion when they mend it…
