Camus para wdp74
I tried to work out a system for general training pops a few weeks ago but it's fairly difficult with limited data. He's definitely talented, how much I don't know.
2025-02-28 15:47:41
You also need more than 1 pop to have anything completely conclusive, as his previous pop he could have been at .99 before. But suggests along the right path.

So what I was doing with mine was tracking formation pops in players of the same age and level, where they weren't getting advanced training. It gets very complicated though when you're tracking 5 skills per player, cross-referenced by age, for 10 players. I might return to it at some point but I've given up for now.

I think being able to track formation pops is very interesting because it arguably gives you a more accurate talent reading than advanced training, but it's complicated.

As I said, depend of skill main trainer and assistants. My observations said that main trainer has influence on side pops, not only assistants

It’s not his 1st pace pop with me, he popped then I trained tech and striker.

An excellent junior and crap all in one! Maybe the worst skill distribution I have seen.

Fred Bremner, age: 17, height: 170 cm
value: 25 050 £, wage: 420 £
club: Thamesmead Town FC, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

average stamina, hopeless keeper
unsatisfactory pace, average defender
unsatisfactory technique, poor playmaker
good passing, adequate striker

Brilliant junior, approx 3.5 talent...

Hunter Martin, age: 18
club: Armitage Shanks, country: England
value : 86 700 £
wage: 1 110 £
very good [9] form
tragic [0] tactical discipline
height: 185 cm, weight: 86.4 kg, BMI: 25.24

hopeless [1] stamina unsatisfactory [2] keeper
very good [9] pace very good [9] defender
weak [4] technique good [7] playmaker
poor [3] passing very good [9] striker

Another weird DEF/ATT type distribution. I'm not distraught, but not exactly chuffed either.

I have never sold my best pulls fresh from the school, but i will consider it for this guy, as i need to fund my coaches to keep producing this kind of player.

It would take a pretty huge some though.

If playmaker was pace that would be a beautiful pull for an end of season 17yo.

My school is personally allergic to any skill with excellent.

He Will only grant you some few hundred Thousand..... if possible i would keep
2025-03-06 15:17:17
Odd, because players with the same skill points in transfer database with same age and time of season suggests much more than that. £1m-£2m for fresh pulls with same stamina etc.

It would have to be £2m+ offer with his talent and U21 prospects. If nobody pipes up, i'll train him, thanks.
2025-03-06 15:34:41
Suppose the slight benefit of consistantly pulling players with no pace is that they all need training on one thing.. he ticked along nicely in the Y School so will probably try and train/hold once ive had an end of season sort out and see what comes from that, wouldn't of minded if he came out a few weeks ago or with slightly more than hopless pace.

Definitely not worth a million. The young guy who sold earlier this week had equal striker sumskills sold for 270k and was a year younger.
