Very good pull, talent was at 4.1, but I changed junior coach from formidable to Brilliant a few weeks ago, so I suspect he is below 4 in reality.

I spent some time on the transfer market these last few days. There are hundreds of really good and really young Polish players similar to this one. There is no way we can compete for titles against them.

It's players like that why so much money gets spend on 16yos. Mega talented, early season 16yo players only way to have players like that. He puts my mids to shame for sure!

You definitely need to focus on finding English players on the transfer list, especially at a very young age, so that no talent is wasted. It is also important that most of you train English footballers on all or most slots. That's the only way to start climbing in the national team rankings, you have to start with training from the very beginning of the English.
