He is very nice!!!! I reckon he will be talented and has perfect distribution.

Came out as solid and confirmed talent of around 3 according to both programs I use.

What is he? Winger? Defender, Striker?

David Ryder is my junior from the academy today. I will be selling him because I don’t have space for him at the moment.

Wayne, your player shows potential, but in my opinion it's too early to say with 100% certainty how talented he really is.

I think there is a rule where players at 16 yrs old can come out with a concrete talent if they are a certain level?

In ye olde Sokker days I believe the max skill a junior could start was good (7.0), so if you had him for 4 weeks and he came out solid he's a genuine 4+ talent. Now you never know the start and end skill. But if you have a 16yo and work with the fact he could he started good and was in for 4 weeks and came out with 25 skill points ie solid, then he's talented.

My little secret, not hugely widely known I don't think.

Much harder to use this knowledge now however.

I think I am going to train Doyle for a while and as a winger.

Kamara I think I'll train as a striker.....but I am not as decided on him.

At that age with those skills he can be whatever you want but yeah, he's probably best as a winger.
