Option 2 is what the number means (in weeks).
ok cheers mate, so would that mean the longer the better?
I got just the one junior again, at least i got something worth keeping this time though!
Adequate (34) --> should hopefully be some skill increases along the way! ;)

Depends really. I think I'd rather get good (3) players every week than adequate (30). If they are talented though, longer can be better.
so far i've got an adequate (20 something). so it's pretty much down to luck, not to the extent of hattrick though.

Six spots. Will expand to 9 once I get 6 I'm happy with. And so on....
The slow approach I've adopted, where you increase by 1 every other week (according to increases in sponsor money) is good for finances.
I cant wait for my Solid (16) to come should be a nice player hopefully when i can have him possibly a future England player.
Here was my adequate +50% junior
Brett Thompson, age: 17
value: 13 050 £, wage: 330 £
club: Forest Reserves, country: England
very good form
hopeless stamina, tragic keeper
poor pace, tragic defender
tragic technique, unsatisfactory playmaker
adequate passing, average striker
