i just improved my coach from solid to incredible for my youth sytem, how big an impact will that have on my players improving.

Also, how do you keep up with all those places, financially wise, i struggle, with 8, and you have a lot more

just over £20k/week, i nkow expensive, im selling a player to fund it

My coaches only cost me about 12k between them (head coach, 3 assistants and an excellent junior coach) so I can afford it.

Your stadium is too small for a second division team really. That's why you are struggling financially wise, you don't get enough money from your home matches.

My incredible one costs 13890£ and you actually can find even cheaper ones.

I'm pretty happy with mine because I can use him as my headcoach once in a while because he has 3 unearhly skills.(striking,technique and playmaking)
