Hope he has excelent def, ecelent playmaking, excelent technic, and only solid pace :)) I also hope he is 2.2 meters and with good BMI...we will find out thursday...excited for my first promising youth after having that school for many years :))

This is the only possibility of any note I have at the moment, not that he will be particularly young on graduation, and after just a couple of weeks it is far too early to say anyway..

Not sure my youth school has ever been this bad - just an average level of adequate right now..

Mine was solid a few weeks ago, but I pulled 4 players over outstanding in that time. Average now is "good" but I only have 8 players:

my first thoughts are that i should get rid of the last 4 beause they will be 19 when they are promoted, however i'm not so sure because they could be talented and an incredible talented 19 year old wouldnt be a bad pull.

i just want other opinions on who i should keep, or sack...

I`d kick out these 10. Either too low skill or too old for the skill they have.

Yep. I think you are spot on. Get rid of last 4, keep the rest.

The amount of weeks until they promote isn't in ascending order. Makes it really hard to look at visually, particularly on my phone!
