as i have only just started to keep track of junior school again last 4 weeks or so ill keep most of these for at least another 5 weeks to see what happens but looking vry shabby

I generally in the past have had a small school uin numbers but seem to be having a purple patch right now. I have 29 slots open again now, was 30 but I sacked one this morning.

Got some long term prospects, a few 4 week talents. Not had my youth system running long but i'm hoping it will start proving it's worth soon.

I am sure it will. Most people find it worth it from what I have seen.

This is my poor bunch of youth. Does anyone have a worse youth team ? I think I'm paying my coach 25k a week to coach this dross...

If it is a joke, then the punchline would be the number of duffers I've had to clear out for having over 5 week talent...

I feel your pain.
I've cleared mine down to 18 and of the remainder, some are hovering dangerously to the 5 week execution mark.

I don't really feel your pain. I just said that so I can show work that my sensitivity training is paying dividends.

I am glad its not just me who uses the 5 week mark as execution time. I have a few with 5 week talent but anything over from an Unearthly coach is simply death as the penalty.

5 is the outside for me. I might keep a 5 weeker if they have enough weeks to reach a decent level, but probably 4.5 is my general cut-off.
I'm tempted to chop it down to 4.

I've just checked and of the 7 in the school, 6 are on first pop, 1 is borderline 5.5 week talent. So they could all theoretically be shot at dawn.
